「讓該相遇的人相遇」是財團法人台灣文創發展基金會的核心精神。自 2008 年由王榮文先生創立，以台北華山 1914 文化創意產業園區為基地。基金會透過論壇、沙龍、朗讀會、工作坊等交流聚會及展演活動，推動使創作者、創業者、教育者等專業社群齊聚一堂的各項計畫，拉近各領域中不同角色之間的距離。基金會期許能啟發社會的創新思維、孕育原創作品、發揮藝術影響力，並展現台灣文化的正面能量。

Founded in 2008 by Mr. Jung-Wen Wang, esteemed publisher and entrepreneur for 40 years, the Taiwan Cultural & Creativity Development Foundation (TCCDF) has been dedicated to connecting and empowering educators, creators, and changemakers by fostering meaningful conversations and exchanges. We are based in Huashan 1914 Creative Park, Taipei’s energetic cultural hub. Together with the park, TCCDF celebrates local and international creative talents through talks, readings, exhibits, and performances.
TCCDF will continue to bring forward Taiwan’s unique cultural and creative energy to inspire positive change in society.
